Please have Jeff or Carl on the phone when using remote support. 
The invitation to remote control your computer will not work if we
are not there to receive it when you run the remote application.

Click the icon below for infrequent support use OR
Drag and drop the icon to your desktop if you need frequent assistance;
the icon can be double-clicked to start a remote control session, the
program re-downloads each time you click it so give it a few seconds.
